The staff was amazing. They really went above and beyond. For my son's birthday, they helped us set up a little celebration in the room and even brought us extra balloons when they found out it was a special day.

The King Studio Suite impressed with its spaciousness and comfort. The bathroom was well-stocked with full-sized liquid soaps and shampoos, adding a nice touch. However, the elevator was a bit slow, which could be inconvenient during busy times. Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard occasionally, slightly detracting from the quiet atmosphere. Overall, a cozy place worth considering.

The bed was super comfy and our room was quiet. The bathroom had all the full-size toiletries you could ask for. We enjoyed relaxing by the heated swimming pool and the BBQ facilities were a nice touch too. Just a heads up, the exterior door keys were a bit tricky at times, but everything else was spot on. 😊

It was just a proper fit for a weekend jaunt in Lebanon with outstanding value for money. The staff was very nice and accommodating after we found a bedbug and moved us to a clean room. Just make sure to check the shower water temperature before washing up.
